Welcome to Turbo FCL

Due to the importance of controlling access to classified material, acquiring an FCL is almost always a lengthy, complicated, frustrating process criss-crossing through a maze of government offices, programs, and systems. There are few experts at the entire process. The Naval Postgraduate School had to run a 4-person project just to understand and document it, resulting in a 56-page report.

As a result, the FCL application process suffers a high rate of rejection. Few companies breeze through this on the first attempt.

Turbo FCL has been built to change that

• We assume you’re a non-government, non-military civilian who is starting at square one
• We use plain, simple language to turn government and military language into something a normal person can understand
• We provide:
  • Definitions for all the acronyms and things that need defining
  • Links to the many things you’re going to need along the way
  • A Workbook that you and your team can use to collect the paperwork you’ll need to submit, guide you through various sub-routines, keep track of the things you’ve accomplished, and offer help with the trickier aspects of the process
